Job summary

The Private Advertiser is seeking a QC Inspector to inspect products against quality procedures, specifications, and customer requirements, helping to maintain quality and reduce defects in manufacturing. You will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections, document results, and issue NCRs while collaborating with Production to drive continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's in engineering or related field and at least two years in QA are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing QA or similar role.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• RCA knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products per quality procedures, specs, and AQLs.
• Conduct incoming material inspections.
• Verify line clearances on machines before start-up/changeovers.
• Perform in-process inspections on production and packing lines.
• Conduct final inspection and testing of finished products.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Evaluate findings and disposition inspected products.
• Provide updates to team and management on quality issues.
• Coordinate with Production to resolve quality concerns.
• Implement procedures for handling non-conforming products.
• Prepare and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Investigate non-conformities and assist root-cause analysis.
• Train production personnel on quality standards and best practices.

• Verify line clearances on production machines and lines before start-up after changeovers.

• Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Evaluate inspection findings and determine the disposition of inspected products.
• Provide timely updates to team members and management regarding product quality issues and status.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Implement procedures for handling non-conforming products.
• Prepare and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Investigate product and process non-conformities and assist in identifying root causes.

• 12-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Must be able to reliably commute to or be willing to relocate to Valenzuela City or Bignay, North Caloocan City.
