Job summary

Hre Compocraft Works is seeking a quality inspector to oversee IQC, IPQC and FQC/OQC inspections, ensuring materials and products meet standards. You will calibrate measuring tools and keep consistent records of inspection activities.

The role requires a college or bachelor degree and at least one year of QC experience, with basic English skills to interpret inspection standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or Bachelor degree (NEW CURRICULUM).
• 1 year or more of QC inspection experience is a plus.
• Familiar with inspection processes and the use of inspection tools, with basic quality judgment capabilities.
• Basic English communication skills, able to understand English inspection standards and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• IQC: inspect purchased raw materials, isolate unqualified products and report results.
• IPQC: perform patrol inspections on production line and record results.
• FQC/OQC: conduct 100% or sampling inspection of finished products and release only after passing.
• Calibrate and maintain measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in quality abnormality analysis and retain rectification records.

Job Description

• Be responsible for IQC (Incoming Quality Control): inspect purchased raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging materials, etc., isolate unqualified products and report, and record inspection results.
• Be responsible for IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): conduct patrol inspections on the production line, monitor process parameters and production operations, confirm first articles, and record patrol inspection results.
• Be responsible for FQC/OQC (Final Quality Control/Outgoing Quality Control): conduct 100% inspection/sampling inspection of finished products, inspect appearance, performance, packaging, etc., and release only after passing, and record inspection results.
• Be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment, ensuring that inspection equipment is accurate and effective.
• Participate in quality abnormality analysis, assist in carrying out rectification work, and retain inspection and rectification records.

Job Qualifications
