Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary for QC In line Inspector

The QC In-Line Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all food safety, quality control, and GMP–SSOP requirements are consistently implemented and verified on the production floor. The role safeguards compliance with HACCP, food safety standards, and company specifications while preventing deviations that could affect product integrity or safety.

Key responsibilities include monitoring production lines for adherence to quality and safety standards, conducting scheduled inspections, verifying CCP and OPRP controls, managing deviations and documentation, and supporting audits. The role ensures accurate record-keeping, effective corrective and preventive action implementation, and continuous improvement of food safety systems. It also involves close coordination with production, sanitation, and documentation teams, as well as participation in plant inspections and improvement projects.

Minimum qualifications include a degree in Food Science or related fields, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety systems, and experience in food manufacturing. Certifications such as HACCP and FSMS training are preferred. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, documentation proficiency, and assertiveness in enforcing food safety and quality standards.

Must have at least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, preferably in in-line Quality Control, GMP and SSOP monitoring, HACCP implementation, and deviation management. Fresh graduates can be considered.

Must be capable of interpreting and implementing process specifications, critical limits, defect thresholds, and quality standards.

Must demonstrate proficiency in documentation, report preparation, and basic data analysis.

Must be proficient in basic computer applications and, preferably digital monitoring tools.

Conditions of Work:
  • Up to 12 hours of duty, shifting schedule
  • Schedule may be in compressed form: 9.6 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Schedule may be in 8 hours from Monday to Saturday, with overtime on weekdays
  • Going beyond office hours will result in overtime and premium compensation.
  • Rest Day OT, at least 1 day off
  • Amenable to work in Pasig City
