Job summary

Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform in-line quality inspections across the production process to ensure products meet safety, quality, and specification standards.

You will monitor GMP, SSOP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and other food-safety programs within production areas, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adapting to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Familiar with GMP, SSOP, HACCP and FSSC 22000.
• Experience with QA documentation and product releasing is an asset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-line QA inspections to ensure food safety and product specs.
• Monitor GMP, SSOP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 compliance in production areas.
• Inspect materials, processes, equipment, and personnel for quality.
• Record CCPs, limits, and quality parameters with proper documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and escalate to relevant personnel.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform finished product inspections and releases per specs.
• Ensure proper labeling, packing, storage, and release of finished goods.
• Maintain QA inspection reports and deviation documentation.
• Support continuous improvement for product quality and process compliance.
