Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pampanga seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee QC activities, monitor SPC implementation, and ensure compliance with product inspection standards.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and 2–3 years of experience in quality control, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001. This role supports continuous improvement through audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience in quality control activities.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and controls QC documents.
• Reviews SPC implementation and monitors its effectiveness.
• Consolidates product inspection standards and processes.
• Reviews non-conformities of processed products and follows up.
• Monitors corrective actions for non-conformities in finished goods.
• Monitors items that failed in Re-FA and coordinates corrective actions.
• Reviews inspection procedures for continuous improvement.
• Monitors process defects and coordinates CAPA with process owner.
• Handles incoming inspection of raw materials (copper).
• Handles non-conforming materials and feedbacks to supplier.
• Performs internal and external quality and environmental systems audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
