Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pampanga is seeking a QC Supervisor to oversee quality control processes, consolidate inspection standards, and monitor SPC implementation across production lines.

The role requires an engineering degree, 2–3 years in quality control, and strong supervisory and communication skills. Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 is preferred and will support audits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and controls QC documents.
• Reviews and monitors the implementation of SPC.
• Consolidates product inspection standards and processes.
• Reviews non-conformities of processed products.
• Feedbacks and monitors corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Feedbacks and monitors items that failed in Re-FA.
• Reviews product inspection procedures for continuous improvement.
• Monitors defects and coordinates corrective/preventive actions with process owners.
• Handles incoming inspection or raw materials (copper).
• Handles non-conforming materials and feedbacks to suppliers.
• Conducts internal/external quality and environmental systems audits.

Salary Range PHP 20,000 – 30,000

Work Schedule Monday-Saturdays (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

A. Statement of Duties

• Prepares and controls QC documents
• Reviews and monitors the implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Consolidates product inspection standard and processes
• Reviews non-conformities of the product being processed
• Feedbacks and monitors corrective action for processed product non-conformalities
• Feedbacks and monitors those items, which failed in Re-FA
• Review product inspection procedure for continuous improvement
• Monitors process defects and feedbacks to the process owner for corrective and preventive actions
• Handles incoming inspection or raw materials (copper)
• Handles non-conforming materials and feedbacks to supplier
• Conduct internal/external quality and environmental systems audit
• Performs other duties as assigned

B. Basic Relationship / Authority

• Immediate Superior: Reports to QC Section Manager or QA Department Manager
• Immediate Subordinates: QC Head OIC/Supervisors, QC Shift OIC’s, Incoming, In-process and Out-going Inspectors

C. Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering course or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience in quality control activities
• With Knowledge on Statistical Process Control (SPC)
