Job Description
The Quality Control (QC) Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and processes comply with established quality standards and technical specifications. The role involves conducting inspections, preparing quality documentation, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process units, and outgoing products
- Ensure compliance with approved product specifications, quality standards, and company procedures
- Prepare, review, and maintain QC inspection reports and checklists
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production, technical, procurement, and warehouse teams on quality-related issues
- Verify accuracy, quantity, and quality of materials, parts, and components delivered by suppliers
- Monitor product testing, inspection activities, and acceptance procedures
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and systematic filing of inspected units
- Participate in internal audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in training personnel on quality standards, inspection methods, and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- With experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Knowledge of inspection tools, quality standards, and documentation processes
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Certified Safety Officer and/or accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage
Working Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)
