Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a QAQC Supervisor to oversee quality policies, systems, and procedures across ongoing projects in the Philippines.

The role requires a BS in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with at least five years of supervisory QA/QC experience in construction, and strong knowledge of ITPs and material testing. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Architecture, BS Mechanical Engineering and BS Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ supervisory experience in QA/QC in construction.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and material testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality policies, systems, and procedures for construction services.
• Ensure construction services meet set quality standards, project specifications, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to implement QA/QC plans.
• Manage and mentor QA/QC team to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
