Megawide is currently seeking an innovative and results-driven QAQC Supervisor who will oversee quality policies, systems, and procedures, and will be responsible for ensuring construction services meet set standards of quality, project specifications, and customer requirements.
Educational Background: Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Architecture, BS Mechanical Engineering and BS Electrical Engineering
License Requirement (if any):
Preferrably Licensed Civil Engineer / Architect / Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
Years of Work Experience (Relevant to the Area of Professional Expertise):
Minimum of five (5) years’ supervisory experience in quality assurance and control related to construction industry, preferably in infrastructure or civil works.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and material testing.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and leadership skills; able to manage a team, multitask, prioritize workload, and ensure deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
