Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corporation is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control across multiple construction projects in Cebu. The role requires ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and contractual requirements while leading QA/QC teams and coordinating with project leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, a licensed professional status is a plus, and at least 8–10 years in QA/QC with 3–5 years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience managing QA/QC teams across multiple projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC systems and procedures across all ongoing construction projects.
• Resolve major non-conformances affecting project progress, quality, or compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to prevent quality-related rework and delays.
• Review quality risks during project execution and implement proactive corrective measures.
• Lead quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Develop, implement, and enforce the Company Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ITPs.
