Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking an innovative and results-driven QAQC Supervisor to oversee quality policies, systems, and procedures across our civil projects in the Philippines. The role demands strong leadership to ensure adherence to project specifications and customer requirements.

You will manage a quality team, review ITPs, plan testing, and coordinate with field teams to drive continuous improvement and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) supervisory experience in quality control for construction projects, preferably in infrastructure or civil works.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and material testing.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and leadership skills; able to manage a team, multitask, prioritize workload, and ensure deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
