Responsibilities include daily site audits, material testing coordination, reporting, and collaboration with project teams to promptly resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Document and monitor construction activities, including materials testing, workmanship quality, and safety protocols.
• Prepare inspection reports, test results, and QC documentation for records and stakeholder review.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Verify materials and equipment meet project specifications before on-site use.
• Coordinate non-destructive and laboratory testing of materials as required.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout construction.
• Maintain calibrated testing equipment and QC tools.

About the role

Everblue Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QAQC / Site Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Sual, Pangasinan, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction activities meet our rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements. As a QAQC / Site Engineer in a Solar industry, you will be responsible for monitoring construction progress, conducting inspections, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to guarantee the successful delivery of our projects. This position is essential to our commitment to excellence and safe construction practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards
• Document and monitor construction activities, including materials testing, workmanship quality, and adherence to safety protocols
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, test results, and quality control documentation for project records and stakeholder review
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues promptly
• Verify that materials and equipment meet project specifications before use on site
• Conduct non-destructive testing and coordinate laboratory testing of construction materials as required
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout all construction phases
• Maintain calibrated testing equipment and ensure proper maintenance of quality control tools
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project leadership and prepare corrective action reports when necessary
• Support project documentation and assist with as-built drawings and final project handover

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, with experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality standards relevant to building projects
• With knowledge with Road and Drainage works.
• Solar experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Experience with quality control documentation, inspection checklists, and report writing
• Familiarity with relevant construction codes, building standards, and safety regulations in the Philippines
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and non-conformances
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams on site
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with construction management software is advantageous
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
