Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. seeks a QC Supervisor/QA/QC Engineer to lead quality control on Solar PV projects in the Philippines.

A background in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering is preferred and you will supervise QC personnel across construction, engineering, and project management teams. Candidates must show involvement in at least two Solar PV projects, strong QA/QC knowledge, and solid leadership and communication skills to ensure compliance with project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
• Proven experience as a QC Supervisor, QA/QC Engineer, QC Engineer, or similar supervisory role.
• Must have handled or been involved in at least two Solar PV Projects.
• Background in Civil, Electrical engineering or construction supervision preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, QMS, and construction standards.
• Ability to supervise QC personnel and coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and PM teams.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
