Job summary

Everblue Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a QA/QC professional to ensure project works, materials, and processes meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards on-site at Rizal.

You will conduct site inspections, review drawings, prepare QA/QC documents, and coordinate with EPC contractors, clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure timely turnover of project close-out documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in QA/QC or construction is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in QA/QC documentation and site inspection.
• Good communication and coordination skills, esp. with EPC and clients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site.
• Knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of work and materials.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents and records.
• Handle RFI/WIR, ITP, Inspection Checklists, Method Statements, Material Submittals, NCR, Test Reports, and Inspection Reports.
• Maintain photo documentation and other quality records.
• Coordinate and communicate with EPC contractors, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in resolving quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare/maintain turnover, as-built, and other project close-out documents.
• Perform other QA/QC duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring that project works, materials, and processes comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Conducts site inspections, prepares QA/QC documents, and coordinates with EPC contractors, clients, consultants, and project teams.

RELOCATION:

Should be willing to be relocated in different sites.
