• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and analytical skills.

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for construction projects.
• Ensure all materials, workmanship, and activities comply with company standards and regulatory codes.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure project adherence to design and specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation for quality-related records (test results, calibration reports, etc.).
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Perform inspection and testing of construction materials and workmanship on site.
• Monitor daily site activities and enforce quality control measures.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Verify work quality in accordance with construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit quality reports, checklists, and punch lists.
