Pure-Chem Technology Phils.Inc. is seeking a QA Warehouse Officer to lead product inspection and ensure quality during storage and delivery. You will oversee testing, document quality levels, and monitor KPIs while coordinating with operations teams in a collaborative environment.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences or Biochemistry or progress toward a related degree, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a team. Work location is in-person at the facility.

QA Warehouse Officer is to ensure the quality of products or services by preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering products or services to customers.
For internal and external evaluation, the QA Warehouse Officer has a defined cycle called P.D.C.A. The phases of this cycle are:
PLAN -organization should plan and determine the process that are required to deliver a high-quality end of product.
DO- develop and test of process and also do change in the process.
CHECK- monitor of process, modify the process and check whether it meets the predetermined objectives.
ACT- implement actions that are necessary to achieve improvements in the process.
Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR (Corporate social responsibility), environmental, and health and safety KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints
Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers
Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
Bachelors’ Degree from four-year college or university in Food Sciences or Biochemistry.
Previous experience in QA measuring and testing equipment, but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take direction
Education: In progress toward earning a Bachelor's degree (minimum) in chemical technology, chemical engineering and environmental engineering or related field.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
