Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a QA Staff to ensure quality control from ingredients to finished products.

You will inspect incoming raw materials and packaging, perform in-line checks, and conduct laboratory analyses to support product safety and compliance. Responsibilities include batch tests prior to usage, conducting process audits across all areas, and compiling reports for each task.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology.
• Knowledgeable and with a better understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, SOP and its principle.
• Has exposure in laboratory testing and in-line monitoring.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Open for fresh graduates.
