Job summary

Micron ERP is seeking a curious, detail-oriented intern to join the QA and Tech Support team. You will test our mobile app and web platform, help school staff resolve queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new schools.

Mentorship by a senior developer and a path to a full-time role are offered, with hands-on responsibilities from day one. Work will involve QA testing across Android devices, documenting issues, and assisting with basic technical queries during setup.

Qualifications

• Able to test mobile app and web platform across features.
• Strong written and verbal communication for bugs and support.

Responsibilities

• Test new features on the Micron ERP mobile app and web platform before every release.
• Log bugs with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and device details.
• Retest fixed bugs to verify resolution and maintain test checklists.
• Handle basic queries from onboarded schools via WhatsApp and email.
• Guide school staff through platform issues and escalate complex cases.
