Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and create simple flowcharts.
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Support project planning with engineering teams to meet business goals.
Develop and execute basic test cases based on project specs.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Assist with creating automated test scripts and manage test data under guidance.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Continuously learn programming basics, testing frameworks, and BA standards.
