Location: Mohali, Punjab

Type: Internship - Full Time

Duration: 3-6 months (with full-time conversion opportunity)

Stipend: ₹5,000-8,000/month

About Micron ERPMicron ERP is building school management software for private schools across Punjab and India - helping principals, teachers, and admins run their institutions digitally. We are an early-stage EdTech startup and you will work directly with our founding team and senior developers in a hands-on, learning-rich environment.

About This Role

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable intern to join our QA and Tech Support team. You will test our mobile app and web platform before every release, help school staff resolve queries, and ensure our product works flawlessly for every school we onboard. This is not a passive internship - you will do real work from day one. You will be mentored by our senior mobile developer and work closely with our BD and onboarding teams. If you perform well, there is a clear path to a full-time role.

What You Will Do

QA & Testing
Test new features on the Micron ERP mobile app and web platform before every release
Log bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and device details
Retest fixed bugs to verify resolution
Maintain test case checklists for all core modules - attendance, fee collection, results, timetable
Test across multiple Android devices and screen sizes
Report daily testing progress to the senior developer
Tech Support
Handle basic queries from onboarded schools via WhatsApp and email
Guide school staff - teachers, admin, accountants - through common platform issues
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the senior developer with structured reports
Assist the BD and onboarding team when schools raise technical queries during setup
Create simple how-to guides and FAQs for school staff based on common issues
Documentation
Maintain a bug log with status updates
Document resolved issues and their solutions for future reference
Help build a knowledge base of common school queries and answers
