Job summary

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a QA professional to lead the implementation and monitoring of quality and food safety programs across Ice Cream, Coffee, and Sta. Rosa Shipping Point operations.

This role ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other applicable standards, conducts internal audits and inspections, manages material dispositions, handles customer inquiries, and supervises laboratory testing to ensure safety and regulatory conformity.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and monitoring quality and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and monitoring of quality and food safety programs (GMP, HACCP, Halal).
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations, certifications, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, facility inspections, investigations, and corrective action follow-ups.
• Review and disposition of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to specifications.
• Manage customer complaints and quality inquiries, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee laboratory activities and ensure timely, accurate testing of products and materials.

• Review and recommend disposition of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Manage customer complaints and quality-related inquiries, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Oversee laboratory activities and ensure timely, accurate, and reliable testing of products and materials.
