C'SCOR GLOBAL INTERTRADE CORP. is hiring a Kitchen Staff – QA/QC to monitor food preparation and kitchen operations for quality and safety compliance. You will work in our commissary and support daily QA/QC tasks across ingredients and finished products.

The ideal candidate has a related degree and a basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures. Experience in kitchens is a plus; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology/Science, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience in kitchen operations or QA/QC is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and ingredients for quality and freshness.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation of equipment and areas.
• Check food products for consistency, appearance, taste, and quality.
• Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain storage, labeling, and inventory of supplies and ingredients.
• Record inspection results and report issues or nonconformities.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and corrective actions.

• Monitor food preparation and kitchen operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Inspect incoming raw materials and ingredients for quality, freshness, and proper storage
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Check food products for consistency, appearance, taste, and quality
• Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene procedures
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Record quality inspection results and report any issues or nonconformities
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and corrective actions

About you

• Graduate of any course related to Food Technology, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in kitchen operations and/or Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, proper food handling, and quality standards
• Familiar with inspecting raw materials, ingredients, and prepared food products
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to follow standard operating procedures and maintain cleanliness in the workplace
• Willing to work in commissary and perform kitchen-related tasks
