Job summary

Empire Automation Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated QAQC professional on a contract basis in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

You will implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and maintain documentation to safeguard project integrity and client satisfaction. The role requires 3–5 years of construction QAQC experience, knowledge of Philippine building codes, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Proven experience in QAQC within construction, 3–5 years
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and Philippine codes
Technical proficiency in inspection/testing and QC documentation
Excellent attention to detail and error detection
Strong communication with teams and clients
Proficiency in QC software and MS Office
ISO 9001 or QAQC certifications preferred
Physical ability to conduct site inspections
Ability to manage multiple inspections and reports

Responsibilities

Inspect construction work, materials, and installations to verify compliance with specs
Develop QAQC plans and procedures tailored to project needs
Test materials and equipment to ensure adherence to standards
Document all QC activities with detailed reports and logs
Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with site teams to resolve quality issues promptly
Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across project phases
Maintain calibration records for testing equipment
Prepare QC reports for management and client presentations
Conduct training for staff on quality standards
