Job summary

Home Credit Philippines invites applications for a Late QA Supervisor to monitor, measure, and validate collection activities, spotting improvement areas to boost performance and enhance customer experience.

You will spearhead process improvement projects, conduct random audits of analysts, and report daily, weekly, and monthly performances, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring fairness.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
• Average analytical and logical skills.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Intermediate MS Office Knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and PPT)
• Able to adapt rapidly to changes in environment and priorities.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, measure, and validate collection activities and spot areas for improvement to enhance performance.
• Speahead projects related to process improvements.
• Foster unity and teamwork; manage manpower distribution based on FTE.
• Ensure processes align with customer experience standards and fairness.
• Assist in validating difficult dispute scenarios.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly QA performances; maintain attendance records.
• Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct random audits to ensure quality of analysts.
• Create CCR files for process changes.
