Full Scale, a fully remote-first company, is seeking a QA Performance Test Engineer based in the Philippines. You will help ensure client applications stay fast, stable, and reliable under real-world demand.

In this hands-on role you’ll build and run performance tests across web, mobile, and API applications, analyze results, and work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve bottlenecks before production. This position is remote with Philippines-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in load and performance testing.
• Hands-on with NeoLoad and JMeter.
• Experience with web, mobile, and API testing.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

The Role

As a QA Performance Test Engineer, you will help ensure our clients' applications stay fast, stable, and reliable under real-world demand. This is a hands-on role where you will build and run performance tests across web, mobile, and API applications, analyze the results, and work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve bottlenecks before they reach production. You'll turn raw test data into clear findings that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Test Scripting: Create, maintain, and execute performance test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications using tools such as NeoLoad or JMeter.
• Test Execution: Plan and run load, stress, and performance tests, and monitor system behavior during execution.
• Results Analysis: Analyze response times, throughput, and error rates to identify performance bottlenecks and their likely causes.
• Monitoring & Observability: Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk to correlate test results with application and infrastructure behavior.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear test reports and findings, and present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-Team Troubleshooting: Partner with development and infrastructure teams to diagnose performance issues and support remediation through completion.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in load and performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad and JMeter.
• Working understanding of load, stress, and performance testing concepts.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and SQL.
• Ability to execute tests, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy.
