Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in load and performance testing.
• Hands-on with NeoLoad, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Working understanding of load, stress, and performance testing concepts.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and SQL.
• Ability to execute tests, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.
• Work from anywhere in the Philippines.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale applications and performance tooling
• Collaboration with development and infrastructure teams

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute performance test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications using tools such as NeoLoad or JMeter.
• Plan and run load, stress, and performance tests, and monitor system behavior during execution.
• Analyze response times, throughput, and error rates to identify performance bottlenecks and their likely causes.
• Use monitoring tools to correlate test results with application and infrastructure behavior.
• Prepare clear test reports and findings, and present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams to diagnose performance issues and support remediation through completion.
