About the Role

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and/or mobile applications through structured testing processes and automation frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high quality software in a fast paced Agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual testing for new features, regression, integration, and UAT support
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar
• Ensure test coverage, test data preparation, and environment readiness
• Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and documentation

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong experience inmanual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
• Hands on experience intest automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar)Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts
• Familiarity with API testing and RESTful services
• Experience using bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
