Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join the System Test group under R&D. This high-visibility role combines Customer Success, Product Engineering, and Quality Strategy to validate complex workflows for Workspace ONE UEM, including Printer & IoT management across legacy and MQTT/AWS IoT architectures.

The role emphasizes leading validation, defining test strategies, driving release readiness, and enabling teams with playbooks and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hands-on engineering roles (Quality, Platform, Systems Engineering, or Solutions Architecture).
• Leadership experience mentoring others and driving quality initiatives across teams.
• Curiosity & systems thinking with a drive to understand how things work end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Flow Program by translating real-world use cases into validation strategies.
• Define end-to-end test strategies as SME and act as Quality Gatekeeper.
• Own release readiness for key UEM modules, overseeing test pipelines and risk assessment.
