Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an IoT Quality Lead for Digital & Connected Ecosystems to drive end-to-end quality across devices, cloud services and integrations in a global, agile environment. You will plan the kickoff, coordinate across multiple teams and external partners, and ensure quality is built in from day one.

The role demands hands-on testing with physical devices, clear documentation, and KPI governance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in end-to-end quality and testing for complex distributed systems.
• Exposure to IoT/cloud platforms, mobile applications and backend services.
• Experience with connected devices, IoT or hardware‑dependent digital products.
• Hands-on testing with physical devices when needed.
• Coordinate multiple teams and external partners around a shared quality vision.
• Excellent documentation and ability to structure fragmented environments.
• Experience defining test strategies and quality KPIs across systems.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Experience collaborating with customer service and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end quality strategy for a connected digital ecosystem.
• Own testing strategy across devices, cloud services, integrations and apps.
• Document E2E scope and KPI targets aligned with goals.
• Coordinate interfaces between digital teams, R&D and partners.
• Lead hands-on E2E testing with physical devices when needed.
• Develop pragmatic testing approaches and an automation roadmap.
• Coordinate device and equipment availability for E2E testing.
• Embed quality by design in early platform phases.
• Support release decisions with quality risk assessments.
• Ensure IT security and compliance in quality practices.
• Collaborate with customer service to improve test scenarios.
