Job summary

MicroSourcing International in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee QA across multiple projects within the Customer Success organization. You will plan, prioritize, and balance QA workloads while defining testing strategies and comprehensive test plans for varying project complexities.

You will mentor QA staff, drive defect triage, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA experience including manual and automated testing.
• Experience leading QA teams across multiple projects.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare claims systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects within the Customer Success organization.
• Plan and manage QA activities, including task prioritization and workload balancing.
• Define and execute QA strategies, testing approaches, and test plans for all project levels.
• Mentor and develop QA team members, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Lead defect triage sessions with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes.
