Job summary

Hrtx in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure software quality by creating and executing test plans, reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. This role follows a hybrid schedule (1-2x a month RTO) with night shifts at the BGC office.

You will design and execute test plans, perform ETL testing using SQL and data warehousing concepts, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• ETL testing, SQL, and data warehousing experience.
• Python is a plus.
• Hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans to validate software functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects with developers.
• Design and maintain test infrastructure aligned with client needs.
• Support UAT and produce user documentation.
• Review specifications to derive test cases.
