Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to own policy checks and account servicing for a U.S. insurance brokerage’s Commercial Lines team.

You will process policy checks through Fulcrum, review outputs for errors, and ensure endorsements, loss runs, and certificates are issued accurately. This role rewards accuracy over speed and requires a permanent night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time) with an eventually hybrid schedule (2 days onsite per month).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in insurance account support or commercial lines operations
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume processing
• Ability to problem-solve and ask the right questions when discrepancies appear
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong written English

Responsibilities

• Process policy checks through the Fulcrum platform
• Review tool output for errors, discrepancies, questions, and inconsistencies
• Identify Epic updates needed and flag to the appropriate team member
• Ask the right questions when something doesn’t look right
• Process endorsements on commercial policies
• Pull loss runs as requested
• Issue Certificates of Insurance to defined standards
• Coordinate with Account Managers on servicing requests
• Deliver policy documents to clients after approval
• Maintain records of policy check and servicing activity
• Support Account Managers with documentation needs
• Flag client-facing issues or risks promptly
