The role involves preparing compliance documents, managing client communications, updating records, assisting with renewals, and tracking policy and claim activity.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of office administration or operations experience.
• Experience in a general insurance admin or support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with general insurance products and claims processes is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and send FSGs, cover confirmations, and other compliance documents.
• Manage client emails and follow-ups, escalating when needed.
• Update and maintain client and policy records.
• Assist with renewal documents, schedules, and certificates of currency.
• Monitor outstanding premiums, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Track claim progress and follow up with insurers and clients.
• Provide timely updates and elevate complex claims when required.
