Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a QA Engineer (Software Testing & Platform Support) to ensure our internal software platform is reliable, easy to use, and ready to support growing audit operations. You will test new features, validate changes, troubleshoot issues, and assist internal users while working with the Senior Engineer.

Responsibilities include regression testing, bug reporting with logs and screenshots, supporting deployments, and helping introduce automated tests using Playwright or

Qualifications

• Experience with deployment pipelines, staging environments, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to read, debug, and modify application code.
• Experience testing web applications, reproducing bugs, and validating fixes.
• Experience writing automated tests using Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Test features and code changes in development or staging before release.
• Validate behaviour, edge cases, error handling, and usability.
• Perform regression testing across features and end-to-end workflows.
• Create clear bug reports with steps, expected vs actual results, and logs.
• Support deployments and release activities and perform post-release checks.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for key workflows.
