Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Manila is looking for a Software Engineer, QA & Platform Support to ensure the reliability of our internal software platform, support audit readiness, and help scale testing as our operations grow.

You will test new features, verify code changes, support deployments, fix bugs, and help build repeatable testing processes. As you gain deeper platform knowledge, you will contribute to development, take ownership of features, and collaborate with a US-based team.

Qualifications

• Experience with deployment pipelines, staging environments, and production troubleshooting.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on software development experience with the ability to read, debug, and modify code.
• Proficient in JavaScript and modern web applications; knowledge of React or Next.js is a plus.
• Experience testing web applications, reproducing bugs, and validating fixes.
• Familiarity with Git, branches, and pull requests.

Responsibilities

• Test new features and code changes in development or staging environments.
• Check regressions and end-to-end workflows to ensure no breakages.
• Document issues with reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, and logs.
• Support deployments and post-release checks.
• Build repeatable testing processes and introduce automated tests.
• Troubleshoot, fix, and maintain the platform in coordination with senior engineer.
• Provide technical guidance to internal staff and document solutions.
