Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure software quality across products. You will design test plans, execute tests, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile environment to improve quality and user satisfaction.

You bring a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven QA experience, and strong knowledge of QA processes and automation tools (Selenium, JIRA, Postman). Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).
• Proficiency in manual testing with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Test planning & design based on requirements and specifications.
• Test execution: manual and automated tests; report defects clearly.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile sprints.
• Contribute to QA processes, tools, and metrics.
