Job summary

iSupport Worldwide seeks a Software Engineer, QA & Platform Support to ensure a reliable internal software platform. You will test new features, validate code changes, support deployments, and help keep the platform running smoothly.

You will investigate, fix bugs, and contribute to development with opportunities to own features over time. Strong testing mindset and collaboration with a US-based team are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with deployment pipelines, staging environments, and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, authentication, and user permissions.
• Experience with automated testing using Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Supabase, or Vercel.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, with US-based team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Test new features and code changes in development or staging environments.
• Check for regressions in related features and end-to-end workflows.
• Document issues with reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and logs.
• Retest fixes and communicate remaining release concerns.
• Support deployments and perform post-release checks.
• Build repeatable testing processes and release checklists.
• Troubleshoot issues, contribute code fixes, and perform maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical guidance to internal staff and support team members.
