Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software QA experience
• Experience in automated testing
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience testing complex integrated systems
• Experience with test case design, execution and defect tracking
• Strong Agile background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test plans, cases and scripts
• Perform functional, regression and user acceptance testing
• Identify and track bugs using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality
• Understand test environments across projects
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions
• Improve testing processes and methodologies
• Mentor junior QA team members
• Stay updated with testing trends and AI-driven quality initiatives
