Job summary

TSUKIDEN ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES, INC. in Laguna seeks a Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality activities and customer/product qualifications. You will lead audits, document controls, and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality.

The role requires 2–3 years in supplier quality or a related field, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities to support QMS improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
2–3 years of experience in Supplier Quality or related quality engineering role.
Knowledgeable in ISO Audits, FMEA, Control Plan, and Quality Tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Handle new customer/product qualifications and quality audits.
Manage 5M applications and quality documentation.
Coordinate quality issues, customer claims, and corrective actions.
Conduct inspections, training, and supplier quality activities.
Support QMS implementation and continuous improvement.
