Job summary

Philips Philippines is seeking a Compliance and Quality Specialist (CAPA) to lead defect analysis and manage non-conformances within the Quality Management System. The role covers CAPA facilitation and continuous improvement across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate has a science or engineering degree with 3+ years in QA/Regulatory, experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or health-related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in QA/Regulatory/CAPA.
• Experience with medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14971 advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group to analyze defects and dispositions for non-conformances.
• Facilitate CAPA actions and support QMS continuous improvement.
• Propose and implement process improvements and build relationships with partners.
• Drive quality performance and regulatory compliance across APAC region.
• Collaborate with Senior Quality Manager - CAPA and cross-functional teams.
