Responsibilities

• Update master copies of forms and procedures and distribute to departments.
• Archive and retain LLPI documents annually.
• Coordinate ISO-related meetings and requirements.
• Support environmental documents and customer testing requests.
• Manage ICP, COA & COC documents.
• Assist internal and external audits and coordinate audits.
• Handle customer claims via Sales PIC and coordinate with departments.
• Visit customers to inspect materials and report quality issues.
• Coordinate customer claims with suppliers and perform rework.

About the role

A QA/QC role involving a wide variety of quality assurance and quality control duties across documentation, compliance, auditing, and customer support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all master copy of forms and procedures are updated and distributed to all concern departments

• Perform the annual archiving and retention of all LLPI documents

• Coordinate important meeting activities related to ISO standard and requirement

• Support Sales PIC for environmental documents, TDS, SDS, RoHs and other special testing request from customer

• Control the ICP data and COA & COC documents

• Assist all customer audit, 3rd party audit, and coordinate internal audit and ISO audit

• Receive all customer claim and feedback thru Sales PIC, and coordinate with concerned department and factories to get the action needed

• Visit customer (when needed) to check materials with quality issue with Sales PIC and provide detailed quality report

• Coordinate all customer claim thru Sales PIC and feedback to suppliers

• Perform checking / rework of all materials with quality issue

About you

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience
