Job summary

BILREY CONSTRUCTION in Manila is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to formulate, manage and maintain QA/QC programs across all disciplines. You will ensure ISO compliance, oversee site QA/QC activities, and drive continuous improvement.

We expect a licensed Civil Engineer with 10+ years in QA/QC and at least 5 years in leadership. The role focuses on building and retrofitting projects, coordinating with clients and management to achieve quality goals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 10 years of experience as a QA/QC.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Building and retrofitting.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, manage, implement and maintain QA/QC programs to meet Quality Policy.
• Supervise QA/QC activities on-site for all disciplines and grow the QA/QC team.
• Resolve quality issues at site and coordinate with Client, Contractors and Project Management.
• Partner with the Quality Management Group to maintain ISO certification and audits.
• Verify QA/QC reports from project sites.
• Analyze data from reports and drive process improvements and corrective actions.
• Support project mobilization to comply with Client Quality Requirements.
• Formulate and implement the Department's Risk Management Plan.
• Adhere to Company Codes and Policies.

About the role

Formulate, manage, implement and maintain QA/QC programs to attain Quality Objectives and Targets according to the Company Quality Policy. Supervise QA/QC activities at the site for all disciplines and ensure continuous growth of all QA/QC Members in terms of skills and techniques. Resolve quality issues at site and address conflict with Client and Contractor Representatives and Project Management in relation to Quality.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate, manage, implement and maintain QA/QC programs to attain Quality Objectives and Targets according to the Company Quality Policy

• Supervise QA/QC activities at the site for all disciplines and ensure continuous growth of all QA/QC Members in terms of skills and techniques

• Resolve quality issues at site and address conflict with Client and Contractor Representatives and Project Management in relation to Quality

• Partner with the Quality Management Group in maintaining ISO certification, internal and external audits

• Verify quality assurance and control reports from project sites

• Conduct data analysis on reports made and develop process improvement and corrective actions of the department

• Provide support for the mobilization of the project to comply with the Client Quality Requirements

• Formulate and implement the Risk Management Plan for the department

About you

• Must be licensed Civil Engineer

• At least 10 years of experience as a QAQC
