Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking an experienced internal audit professional to drive audit programs for FSSC, ISO, HACCP and GMP. You will prepare, conduct and close audits, review findings, and coordinate with regulatory bodies and customers.

The role emphasizes leading audit activities, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and the continual improvement of food safety and quality systems across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal and external audits (FSSC, ISO, HACCP, GMP).
• Ability to lead auditor teams and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate audit programs and checklists for the plant.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate establishment and updating of audit requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits.
• Act as liaison for customer and third-party audits.
• Review and summarize audit findings.
• Lead pre-audit activities and opening/closing meetings.
• Perform root-cause analysis for deviations.
• Verify corrective actions and audit program effectiveness.
• Train and evaluate lead/internal auditors.
