Bravefoods Global Holdings Inc. is seeking a QA/Admin Officer to ensure products meet quality standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

The role oversees QA activities, material inspection, in-process checks, and product release, while coordinating inventory control with Central Warehouse and Finance & Accounting to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and supporting GMP, HACCP, and audits across the Central Production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, Commissary Operations, or Inventory Control.
• Experience in GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct GMP inspections and ensure QA checks during production.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products before release.
• Monitor inventory movements and reconcile production-related stock.
• Prepare QA and inventory reports.
