Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to ensure that established quality objectives are met across finished products and raw materials.

The role requires coordinating with other departments, maintaining lab testing, and implementing quality control programs to support safe and compliant feeds production.

Candidates should have a BS in Chemistry or allied fields and preferably 1 year in manufacturing QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Agriculture field.
• At least 1 year of experience in QA or Quality Control in manufacturing.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the established quality objectives are achieved.
• Checking of fines, PDI of finished feeds, retrievals, full fat, coco-oil and other raw materials used for feeds production.
• Ensure that the quality of finished product and raw materials are in the set standards.
• Ensure that all samples/ samplings were made and brought to the laboratory for tests/ analysis.
• Implement quality control programs.
• Working and coordinating with other department to implement the company’s policies and goals.
• Check and update weekly progress and daily reports and monitoring.
• Check the cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse and other working areas.
• Ensure efficient operations and safe working environment.
• Resolve issues with tact and discretion. .
• Assist in training new supervisory trainees.
• Other duties as assigned.
