Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of QA experience in regulated payments
• Knowledge of payments, regulatory compliance
• Excellent organization and written/oral communication
• Granular attention to detail with problem solving
• Strong self-starter and team player; works under pressure
• Understanding IT systems and payment processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform QA checks across multiple compliance frameworks and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Keep procedures up to date with QA sampling, changes and rationales.
• Propose remediation when procedures are not followed.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders and other functions.
• Identify actual or suspected financial crime incidents and other risks.
• Stay current with money laundering and payments regulations.
