Job summary

Visa Payments Limited (VPL) is seeking a Specialist, Quality Assurance to join the QA team responsible for sampling across Compliance frameworks and supporting procedure adherence. You will review and provide feedback, stay updated on procedures, and help identify remediation opportunities while engaging stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in QA within regulated payments, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a QA role within a regulated payments or financial institution.
• Knowledge of payments, foreign and/or regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Granular attention to detail with analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Self-starter who works well in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA checks across multiple Compliance frameworks and provide feedback to managers and senior QA staff.
• Keep up to date with internal and external QA procedures and changes.
• Propose remediation where procedures are not followed and escalate issues.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions and departments.
