Job summary

Shopee is looking for aProduct Manager in Manila to own BRD creation and translate business needs into clear product requirements. You will lead UAT and QA activities, ensuring reliability prior to releases, and partner with regional product and development teams to drive successful rollouts.

You will collaborate with operations, tech, and BI teams to identify improvement opportunities, iterate based on user feedback, and align with business goals. Strong communication across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or related roles in tech or platform-based companies.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, requirements gathering, and testing processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and submission of BRD and feature requests, translating business needs into clear requirements.
• Lead and coordinate UAT and QA to ensure product readiness before release.
• Partner with regional product and development teams, with CN centers as a strong advantage.
• Manage end-to-end rollout of new features and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
