Job summary

Eggs Unlimited is one of the world’s largest suppliers of eggs, serving major retailers and food manufacturers globally. We are in a hyper-growth phase and seek a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant to support our QA Team with meticulous data entry and record-keeping responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will excel in attention to detail, communications, and cross-border coordination, ensuring accuracy across documents, COAs, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QA Team in executing various quality assurance administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update records, ensuring all documents and certifications remain current for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather required documentation and upload it to the relevant portals.
• Make follow-up phone calls to customers and collaborate with the US team to verify information and facilitate documentation collection.
• Support the process for annual certifications such as Organic, UEP, and others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the QA team.
• Check and maintain all COAs that are sent via e-mail
