Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries Philippines seeks a QA Analyst to perform inspection, physicochemical analyses, and sensory evaluation of incoming raw materials and packaging, monitor inline production, and ensure GMP compliance.

You will validate finished products, support audits, prepare technical reports, and help maintain ISO/HACCP/HALAL standards; fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must be willing to work in Laguna's Mamplasan area.

Qualifications

• Graduate level degree as listed or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and Food Sensory is important.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspection, physicochemical analyses, and sensory evaluation of incoming raw materials and packaging materials
• Monitors and verifies in-line production by checking ingredients/raw materials preparation and process parameters in all production lines
• Implements Good Manufacturing Practice
• Conducts finished product validation through physicochemical analyses, bread scoring, and shelf life study
• Validates customer concerns through comprehensive investigations
• Verifies or audits action plan reports issued to responsible departments regarding product/material and process non-conformities
• Assists in ISO and other audits of the department
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly technical and non-technical reports regarding all happenings from functions
